Terms of Use

Welcome to Talking Pictures TV Encore (the "Service"), provided by Talking Pictures TV Encore Ltd. ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including the website located at www.tptvencore.co.uk and any applications, devices, or platforms (e.g., Freeview, Amazon Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, etc.) that provide access to the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, including any updates or amendments that may be made from time to time.

  1. Grant of Rights
    • Access to Content: Subject to your acceptance of these Terms and compliance with any applicable laws, Talking Pictures TV Encore grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and stream the content available through the Service for personal, non-commercial use. This access is subject to the availability of the content and the terms of the applicable subscription package you choose.
    • Restrictions: You may not:
      • Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any of the content available on the Service without prior written permission from Talking Pictures TV Encore or the content owner.
      • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any part of the Service.
  2.  Subscription Payments & Billing
    • Subscription Plans: The Service is available with advertising (free) or through a subscription that removes ads ("Ad-Free"). Subscription plans are priced at £4.99 per month or £49 per year.
    • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your subscription plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the same price unless you cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
    • Payment Method: You agree to provide valid payment information at the time of subscription. We may charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. You authorize us to process payments for your subscription automatically and on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
    • Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service for the remainder of your billing period, but no further charges will be applied. Talking Pictures TV Encore does not offer refunds for payments already processed.
  3. Advertising
    • Ad-Supported Service: If you are using the free, ad-supported version of the Service, you acknowledge that the Service may display advertisements and promotional content during streaming. These ads may be targeted based on your usage and viewing habits.
    • Ad-Free Service: Subscribers who pay for the Ad-Free subscription will have access to the Service without advertisements, subject to the specific terms of the subscription.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    • No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is," and Talking Pictures TV Encore makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of the content or the Service.
    • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components such as viruses or malware.
    • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Pictures TV Encore and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:Your use of or inability to use the Service;
    • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal data;
    • Any content you access or view through the Service;
    • Any third-party services or content linked to the Service.
  5. Privacy and Data Protection
    • Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
  6. Termination and Suspension
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
  7. Changes to the Terms
    • Talking Pictures TV Encore may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the website and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
  8. Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
